The staff was helpful and efficient! the room was clean, and the sheets felt fresh. the location is convenient. Shops and restaurants are nearby. i appreciated the short walk to the main train station.
i noticed the wc is positioned very close to the wall.

the comfort double or twin room includes a spacious layout with comfortable beds and a well kept bathroom. there is plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower.

the hotel offers secure car parking, which i found very convenient. the access to the main train station is very easy, it made traveling around the city simple. the hotel also provides coffee machines in the rooms.

the staff members were friendly and cute, especially during check-in and departure. the breakfast service had a very professional lady who made the meal more pleasant. the approachable staff helped create a positive atmosphere.

the hotel's location near the city center meant that reaching places was easy. it is within walking distance of the zeil mall and the river main, a bonus. the proximity to the main train station and trams improves transport options!

the location was convenient near the main station. the room included a coffee machine with pods and tea bags. complimentary water was also provided. the staff at reception were very cute. i found that to be a really nice touch.
the bathroom lacked proper lighting, a little difficult to see well.

The wifi was unreliable. A receptionist was dismissive and suggested I use the lobby. The manager was more professional, promising to have it checked by a technician.
